Paste cu sos de branza

Ingrediente
-15 g unt
-15g faina
-150 ml lapte
-30g branza gruyere rasa
-20g parmesan ras
– 70g mascarpone
-60 g paste mini scoici fierte

Preparare
Topeste untul, pune faina si gateste 1 minut. Gradual, adauga laptele, amestecand la foc mic, 5 minute. Ia de pe foc, pune branza gruyere, si parmezanul pana se topeste si adauga mascarpone.
